If a booking contains an obvious typographical, technical, system, or pricing error resulting in a price that clearly deviates from the normal market price of the accommodation, Nordic Stay Collection reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, the customer will be informed without undue delay, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
5. Links to Third-Party Services
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Nordic Stay Collection is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or operation.
Information regarding nearby attractions, restaurants, transportation, or other local services is provided for general guidance only. We are not responsible for any changes to or the availability of such third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nordic Stay Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or from temporary interruptions in its availability.
We shall also not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use
Nordic Stay Collection reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
PART II – Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Booking Terms apply to all accommodation bookings made through Nordic Stay Collection.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age. For corporate bookings, the person making the reservation must be authorized to do so on behalf of the company.
Subletting the accommodation or transferring a booking to a third party without the prior written consent of Nordic Stay Collection is prohibited.
2. Booking and Payment
A booking becomes binding once the customer has received a booking confirmation and completed any required payment in accordance with the booking system's terms.
Nordic Stay Collection reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received by the specified due date.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
Nordic Stay Collection is not responsible for travel disruptions affecting the customer, including but not limited to flight delays or cancellations, transportation disruptions, travel restrictions, or similar circumstances. Such events do not entitle the customer to compensation, a price reduction, or a free cancellation.
The applicable cancellation policy also applies where the cancellation is due to the serious illness, serious accident, or death of the customer or a member of the customer's household. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
4. Termination of Stay
If the accommodation is terminated due to disruptive behaviour, activities that endanger safety, or a breach of these Booking Terms by the customer or any member of the customer's party, the booking will end immediately without any refund.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are specified in the booking confirmation.
Keys or access instructions will be provided before arrival. If the customer fails to inform us of their arrival time or arrives significantly later than agreed without prior notice, Nordic Stay Collection shall not be responsible for any resulting delay in access to the accommodation.
6. Guest Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all guests staying at the property are included in the booking.
The customer must provide all requested traveller and contact information before the stay in accordance with applicable legislation and Nordic Stay Collection's instructions.
The maximum number of guests permitted is the number stated in the accommodation listing or otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Visitors or gatherings at the accommodation must be agreed upon with Nordic Stay Collection in advance.
Any property-specific house rules and quiet hours must be observed.
7. Use of the Accommodation
Unless otherwise specified for a particular property, the accommodation price includes:
- Use of the accommodation for the reserved period
- Standard electricity and utility consumption
- Furniture
- Kitchen equipment, coffee, tea, and basic cooking seasonings
- Bed linen and towels for the number of registered guests
- Toilet paper and household paper
- Soap, shampoo, cleaning products, and essential household supplies
- Final cleaning
Smoking, the use of electronic cigarettes (vaping), and burning incense are strictly prohibited inside all properties.
Pets are not permitted in our accommodations.
8. Damages
The customer is liable for any damage caused to the accommodation, its furnishings, equipment, or keys.
Any damage must be reported to Nordic Stay Collection without delay.
The customer is also responsible for any additional cleaning costs if the accommodation requires cleaning beyond normal standards due to smoking, unauthorized pets, excessive dirt, or infectious contamination.
The customer is liable for all costs arising from lost keys, emergency door openings, or replacement of locks where necessary.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nordic Stay Collection shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall be limited to the value of the accommodation booking paid by the customer.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and Booking Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
