Premium Nordic Design Studio in Central Location

Positive: Very nice, practical and beautiful flat, view on the wood from the very appreciable balcony (with glass windows), there is (nearly) everything you need, including a washing machine/dry tumbler, good when you stay longer. Everything is there for cooking and making coffee and anything else. Modern building, recent construction, very clean, as the flat. The situation is ideal if you need (or want) to go to Espoo (University for ex.), 20 minutes walk, you just have to cross the bridge. Helsinki centre is somewhat longer to attain, but there are several options, for ex. the bus 510 and then the tramway. Kuusisaari island is 5 mins walk, with Didrichsen museum and Villa Gyllenberg. On Lehtisaari island itself, you can nicely walk or run in the morning in the woods and along the shore, also to Lauttasaari island. Negative: A second curtain would be really useful for the short summer nights, the existing dark curtain only covers half of the windows to the balcony. I don't think there is wifi but I had a good 4G connection.

Clean and comfortable apartment, great location Positive: The apartment looks very nice and features a balcony with a nice view. Everything we needed (including kitchenware and washing machine) was there. The location is great – quiet, many trees around, a short, walkable distance to the coast of the island, where you can have a walk or enjoy the view. There's one small, but well-stocked grocery shop nearby. Aalto University is only 25 minutes walk or 2 bus stops away.

Overall nice, small improvements could be done Positive: Nicely decorated, good condition and well equipped. Excellent service from the customer support. Negative: Cleaning could be better. A lot of pink mold in the shower - which is easily removable. Kitchen cabinets very greasy around handles. Only one curtain and it’s not wide enough to cover, so room can’t be kept dark.

Positive: Ubytovanie sa nachádza na ostrove v krásnom prostredí, výhľad bol do lesa. Dom je pomerne nový a veľmi moderne a smart zariadený v typickom škandinávskom štýle. Je veľmi dobre dostupné verejnou dopravou, zastávka je asi 3 minúty peši a po ceste sú menšie ale postačujúce potraviny otvorené každý deň. Byt disponuje aj práčkou, sprchovým kútom a plne vybavenou kuchyňou a veľkou chladničkou. Plusom je krásna štýlová terasa krytá posuvným oknom pred zlým počasím. Celkovo sa byt nachádza vo veľmi peknom a pokojnom prostredí. Negative: Lepšia mohla byť čistota v kúpeľni - špáry v sprchovom kúte na stene aj na zemi boli pokryté žltým povlakom ( baktériami ), rovnako aj pohárik na zubné kefky. Čo však považujem za dosť veľkú nevýhodu je chlad v byte. Nedostala som žiadne informácie o tom, ako obsluhovať kúrenie. Všimla som si však otvory ( asi z centrálneho vykurovania ) tesne pod stropom, čo absolútne nedáva zmysel. Podlaha bola ako ľad. Keď človek príde unavený po náročnom dni vonku alebo v práci. nemá šancu sa ohriať. Teplomer v izbe ukázal maximálne 21,3°C, ale určite to nie je dobrá informácia, pretože doma mám 21°C a zvládnem byť oblečená normálne. Tu som sa ukladala na spánok v teplom vlnenom oblečení. vlnených ponožkách a svetri a prikryla som sa dvomi paplónmi. Nepomáhalo. V sezóne, kedy je vonku zima a teba kúriť, neodporúčam pobyt v tomto byte.

Positive: Lovely and very clean apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is also situated on a beautiful island, with nice walking routes and Didrichsen Art Museum in very close distance. Negative: Everything was fine.
